Clarify Strategy

Kinsella Group and client meet to review and refine client’s current corporate strategy.  Kinsella Group will contribute ideas as to how the strategy can be enhanced through the selective acquisition of North American-based companies or assets.  

From these discussions and analysis, Kinsella Group will help develop a client-driven globalization plan including strategy/acquisition parameters.  This Plan will be designed to increase global scale, and enhance the asset base of the client by:
  • Identifying significant opportunities to leverage the client’s production and marketing strengths, by focusing on new markets for the client’s products and services in the U.S. and beyond, and by exploiting a target’s established brands, reputation, distribution channels, customer loyalties, and management and technological strengths.
  • Creating opportunities for the client to export management, marketing and technological advances back to China, to enhance the client’s production and marketing efforts in the domestic Chinese and other Asian markets.
